Emily Knowles is a state-certified teacher with a Type 10 endorsement for K-12 Fine Art. She completed her student teaching at Mather High School in Chicago (CPS) and at Wheeling High School in Wheeling, IL (District 214).  Emily taught Art One and Graphic Arts to all grade levels and also student taught art on the elementary level. Emily is a registered substitute teacher for District 214.

Emily specializes in dynamic lesson plans that engage student by utilizing interests such as comic book characters, gaming, music, and pop culture. Below you will find samples from her experience including examples of student work as well as teaching materials including worksheets, presentations and lesson plans.
