The Chicago Speculative Fiction Community is a social group which holds events all over Chicagoland. They also throw movie/tv show themed parties at local science fiction conventions on a yearly basis. As a council member and designer for the group, I built a brand identity for Chicago SF and promoted that brand by creating marketing collateral, event signage, and more. From creating a custom built Fangtasia light box graphic for the True Blood party to designing info sheets for the monthly meetups, Chicago SF provided a wonderful opportunity to contribute to the Chicagoland fandom community.
